We are constantly looking for retail partnerships, financial and inkind donations, as well as individual and event/group affiliates and fundraisers.

We also rely on a dedicated group of volunteers to fulfill our mission. There are many ways to help. Here are some options, both short and long term.

MENTOR A PARTICIPANT

Specific tasks have been designed to help participants overcome various obstacles, which we have identified. Please reach out to us at backtoworkproject@gmail.com if you are interested in serving as a mentor.

LEAD A PRO SERIES

Are you knowledgeable in career advancement techniques, social services, job ready skills, style and beauty, health awareness, IT or some other field that would serve our clients? Come and teach what you know. For more information please contact us here! You will recieve a reply between 1-3 business days.

ASSIST IN STYLING CLIENTS

Welcome and walk clients through the Girl Boss process and help them find the perfect outfit for their interview. To request a volunteer application, contact us here

Are you connected with anyone in the retail industry that can help us out? We are always in need of new in-kind donations and corporate sponsors. Share your connection with us, and arrange for your contact to have a site visit or lunch with us.
